Lighthouse Room
The Lighthouse Room is a versatile, bright and spacious room that overlooks the churchyard and Erdington High Street.
Situated on the second floor and with lift access, the room is suitable for meetings, conferences, training sessions and more.
Please note that we do not provide hire for children’s or adult’s social parties.
Hire Times
The Lighthouse Room is available to hire Monday-Saturday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Room Capacity
At full capacity, the Lighthouse Room comfortably holds up to 95 people theatre style and 80 people cabaret style. Other room configurations can be accommodated, dependent on your needs.
2024 Hire Rates
Day Rate - £275
Half Day (up to 4 hours) - £180
Evening prices are available upon request.
Please note that there is no VAT on room hire.
⚠️ Important Notice: 2025 Room Hire Price Increase
We would like to inform our valued customers that for all bookings in 2025, our room hire prices will be adjusted. This change is necessary to continue providing high-quality services and maintaining our facilities.
We encourage all bookings for the remainder of 2024 to take advantage of the current rates. For those interested in booking rooms for dates in 2025, please contact us for details of prices.
